Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing a program from SleepWise System (“SleepWise,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 5-Day Sleep Reset Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for the 5-Day Sleep Reset program under the following condition:
A refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the original purchase date.
If your refund request meets this condition, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
Please note:
Refunds may take 15–20 business working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Processing times are outside our direct control once the refund has been initiated.
2. No Refunds for Other Programs
All other SleepWise System programs, including but not limited to longer-term courses, workshops, certifications, or digital products, are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be provided for these programs under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Partial completion
Non-usage
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Personal reasons

Date of purchase
Proof of purchase (if available)
Requests submitted after the 5-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
